Students will be exposed to a variety of literature. These books offer a variety of genres at different reading levels to meet students' current reading levels and advance their skills. The purpose of these books are to create book clubs within the classroom to promote not only their academic learning but also their social skills as they engage in discussions with one another about the book topics. The goal is also for the students to gain a love of reading for a lifetime. Each student will be actively engaged as they learn from the books as well as from their peers. The students will be in a safe environment to share and learn throughout each book.
