These sets of books will help my students with social-emotional learning by gifting them knowledge and exploration through the books while helping my students learn to love to read and teaching them the skills necessary to move onto Jr. High. The sets of games will be used in my classroom setting for community building, which has been lacking in these students for the last year and a half because of covid-19. I want to help my students learn how to build up the community, friendship, and socialization through interaction with board games and not in front of a screen. The materials, specifically the dry erase markers and clipboards are used in my classroom on a daily basis for each student to use as school supplies during whole group instruction time.
