Currently, I am supporting both at home and in-person students. Headphones are essential in my classroom as many of my students need audiobook and text-to-speech capabilities to keep up with their English Language Arts curriculum. A document camera will be used to walk and tutor students through specific assignments especially as we complete language dives together remotely or in-person. It will allow me to record or scan completed homework to my computer for assessment and analysis, allowing me to keep work digitally. Many of my students have to take their Chromebooks home for learning, by creating charging stations in my classroom, I'll be able to support synchronous learning without having problems with dead Chromebooks. A larger smart monitor will allow me to have multiple windows open, while syncing with my school issued Mac Book to keep students on Zoom as well as taking attendance, monitoring online learning and managing google classroom projects all at the same time. It'll also allow me to provide more consistent and up-to-date feedback by keeping my grade book and assessments side-by-side as well as the share screen feature.
