We are requesting scientific tools which will help us investigate conduction, convection, and radiation; the three ways heat transfers. Conductometers test to see which type of metal conducts heat the quickest to the slowest. Leslie's Cube shows which colors radiate heat the most and the least. Science class needs to have as many hands-on, engaging, real-world, applicable lessons as possible to encourage life-long learning. My students often think science is too hard, and beyond their grasp. Products like this, brings science to life and will help them gain a deeper understanding of heat transfer.
