The Legos will be added to our creative building tools to allow my students to build and express themselves. I have worked to create a classroom environment that allows students to create and share who they are and to feel good to be who they are. The books will be used as a read together, instead of a read aloud. We all read the same book aloud and we get to share our reading and learning. It is a great way to practice reading and share in the joy of a good book.
