The iPad I'm requesting will make it possible for us to work on our smart screen without having to be at the front of the room. The content from the iPad can be projected to our smart screen, thus allowing us to project from anywhere in the room. The students can use the iPad and Apple Pencil to answer questions that will show up on the screen. Being able to move around the room will allow me to be closer to the students and allow for more engagement for the entire class and less disruptive behavior. If the students are remotely working from home I will be able to write on the iPad and share my screen and they will be able to see what I write. This is beneficial when showing them how to complete a math problem. It will enable me to be more interactive with the students rather than have my back to them all the time.
