I cannot wait to engage my students with these much needed supplies. Requested supplies such as watercolors and pastels will allow us to activate that right side of our brains that is too often forgotten in elementary school these days. Manipulatives such as double sided counters and unifix blocks will help my hands on thinkers solve math equations. Magnetic building blocks will create opportunity for cooperative STEM time. Headphones will ensure students will have access to the amazing online learning platforms we have access to. Finally, basic classroom essentials such as Velcro and magnets help me to create an effective learning environment.
