Flexible seating allows students to be in charge of their learning environment and make better choices when they feel the need to move. It will also allow for small group instruction in a variety of ways. When students feel comfortable they can focus more on what they are learning. This improves their motivations to explore new areas of learning. It also helps to bridge the gap from learning at home to learning at school. The supplies will be used during our everyday instruction. By having a variety of media the students will be able to explore their creativity in their writing, math and literacy.
