The Covid-19 pandemic has placed added challenges on my students. Students who were struggling before the pandemic are now desperately in need of support. The items I have requested will help make my classroom a safe, comfortable, and welcoming learning environment in addition to providing needed resources to my students. My students master social skills and emotional regulation through practice and role play. The games requested will help students practice the skills they are learning in group settings and build rapport among the class. The books requested will provide discussion topics and help guide conversations among groups.
