Our school changed locations partway through the school year. At our previous location we had space for a class garden and students really enjoyed the opportunity to learn about plants and gardening and making food from crops they had a hand in growing. In our new school there is currently no space for a class garden so I am asking for help to buy the necessary supplies to set up a greenhouse space outside of the main school building. These are the kind of real world learning applications that foster student attachment and engagement, which is vital to successfully reaching the kind of at-risk students we work with at my school.

About my class
