All of the items will benefit my students in an educational and social emotional way. The cricut will allow my students to own a shirt for birthdays, awards, personal accomplishments as well as show pharaoh pride. Owning something that shows your accomplishment improves self esteem, and pride to keep improving in school and other areas. My students are part of a growth mindset environment and receiving a gift like this will be a huge reward reminding them of their success. The multiplication, division, addition and subtraction workbooks will allow my students to have extra support in the classroom and at home to fulfill the 3rd grade math standards. Grammar will improve their writing and understanding of the English language. The white board markers and personal erasers will allow my students to practice fact fluency, create graphic organizers during their writing activities and allow them to stop using tissues to erase their whiteboards. The rest of the material is an aide in finishing projects students are given throughout the school year. I have also added bags for physical education sports balls. I was able to provide sports equipment for them to use at recess and PE, but I wasn't able to get the bags. These are beneficial for my students to carry all equipment outside.
