As students have missed out on social opportunities and learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become even more important to provide the hands on learning and exploration they have been missing. Especially in serving students with a variety of needs and disabilities, it is vital to provide learning in a variety of ways to meet these needs. In supplementing cognitive learning with hands on exploration, social, language and academic skills will come to students in a natural way. Students will have the opportunity to engage with these materials independently and in a direct teaching environment with peers and adults.

About my class
