We need a scale that students can borrow to use at home, that way they are able to complete a lot of the lab activities even if they are unable to attend class. With this purchase we will be able to use scales in class and at home, so no one is left behind. I want to have enough lab coats to protect my students during class labs without them needing to reuse them, I need each student to have their own lab coat. I really don't want my students to have to share lab coats from one period to the next, but I also want to protect them from chemical spills.
