The class set of the book Seedfolks will create a unit full of enriching discussion of diversity and inclusion inspiring community involvement. Each chapter of this book is told through the perspective a different character from various backgrounds. My class will have the opportunity to explore the diversity of each character through complex reading passages, podcasts, short clips, and cultural activities. They will gain a stronger sense of community as they develop their reading comprehension skills. This book will be one students want to share with their friends and families!
