Students will be able to read a class copy of the Science World magazine. Scientific reading is always a challenge for students and the Science World magazine does a great job of teaching students about current science events while helping them learn how to critically read. Students will be able to complete a STEM based lab using LEGOS to explore the relationship between forces and motion. This lab ties perfectly in with the state standards and will help students understand those standards better. Students will have the opportunity to create posters, illustrating their knowledge of the curriculum.
