Flexible seating will allow my students the preference of how to aid in their learning. Either wobbling at the table, sitting on the ground, etc., it creates a safe and calming environment. The social-emotional cards and tools create the vocabulary for students to advocate their well-being and the knowledge of how to regulate it. It allows students to be social in a comfortable setting. There will be fidgets to allow students to properly stim or fidget without getting off task. This will add diversity in the classroom, and access to the right tools.
