Kids are stressed just as we are. They hear and take in so much of what goes on around them. Times are challenging for everyone. When students have access to a safe, inviting, comfortable space in class, they're better able to focus on their main job-LEARNING! We work on Social Emotional skills daily. Once a week, we focus on a community circle. I think the wiggle seats will be a much nicer and convenient option than chairs for time we spend together building relationships and SEL skills. The "yoga ball" option for seating will be signed out for use throughout the week and the bands will be placed on everyone's chairs.

About my class
