The materials I've included range from basic teaching supplies, like Clorox wipes and expo markers, to books for my classroom library. I also included posters that will be good for my students to reference. Some of them specifically help with parts of speech, and some are motivational posters that talk about the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. As a second-year teacher, I still need a lot of help! I want to continue to build my library and introduce my kids to more diverse books. There is a good balance of nonfiction and fiction, as well as books about math and science. I'm really excited about the fraction books, as that is something most of my students struggle with. Books might be a different way to learn those difficult math concepts. I also included books that deal with social-emotional learning, because our students are really working on managing their emotions and learning to cope with everyday challenges.
