These new graphing calculators will help deepen my students' understanding of graphing. We are currently using a roughly used class set of calculators that I found in a storage room. If a student struggles to graph by hand, but knows how to use tools to create a graph, shouldn't we encourage and celebrate this student? Our focus needs to be on our students' ability to interpret and analyze data. Having a class set including needed batteries will not only help this year's students but my future students for years to come.
