During COVID, I have had many students that have missed classroom instructions due to illness and quarantine. I would like to provide a way for my students to have access to an experience that is the most similar to classroom instruction as possible. To help accomplish this, I would like to purchase an iPad and stylus to help me create recordings of class instructions that will aid in their at home learning. I would like to enhance the instructional recordings by including the ability to annotate on the presented materials. The ability to annotate will allow me as the teacher to work out problems, draw images and allow me to add emphasis to information for the students rather that just presenting a slide show of information. I feel that this will be a great improvement for the students experience if they are not able to attend the school in person. This in turn will reduce their need to catch up on information missed while gone because they will have access to the same materials as the students that were in class.
