My students are all online and working from home. They are often working alone and have no support from family or friends while they are doing their schoolwork. These electronic supplies would help me help them learn to research using reliable and dependable sources. This grant would also help me create lessons and activities that are more engaging for them. This is important because an engaging lesson will help students feel a little less alone while they are working. It will help them feel more connected to me, as their teacher, and to their peers- no matter how far apart we are physically. Also, the mindfulness items will help me help them with their mental health, no matter where they are.
