The requested resources like the weighted blanket will help my students in special education to ease their anxiety and be able to focus on learning instead of everything going on around them. Additionally, with the educational resources, I requested I will be better prepared to teach my students the essentials such as how to write letters correctly, social skills stories, and how to tell time. These resources will help me as a first-year teacher to be better equipped to teach my students so they can succeed in their general education classrooms.
