Many of my first grade students did not attend Kindergarten in person. They missed out on the opportunity to read books on their reading level. My goal is to help them build reading skills and confidence by reading a variety of books. Because of Covid-19, my students have had to social distance and haven't had many opportunities to brainstorm and work together on STEM projects, puzzles, and problem-solving skills. My students enjoy working together to build things with magnets and LEGOs. I have a limited variety and supply of these materials. I am very excited to offer more choices to them.
