After 12 years of teaching my library needs to be updated! My students love to read and nothing is more frustrating to them when they finish a book and I don't have another one like it! By getting some completed series of books they will be able to read more. Many of these books are branches books that are perfect for 3rd grade. They are a good segway into longer chapter books and are engaging to all different readers. The same goes for graphic novels. As long as they are reading and thinking about what they are reading, that is a teacher win! I hope by giving them more variety and options that they will have even more to read and be excited about.

About my class
