Math manipulatives will be used to provide hands-on learning opportunities. Materials like flash cards will be used for remediation and practice of fact fluency. These will help close some of the academic gaps students have. Supplies such as whiteboards and dry erase markers will be used throughout several subjects for practice of skills. Sensory objects such as the wobble seat and fidgets will be used to help students who need movement while learning. These tools will help students to focus while providing the much needed outlet for their energy. Books will be added to the classroom library and used by students to learn about important people in history. Classroom games and balls will be used for the development of social skills. During a time where illness is wide-spread, classroom supplies such as tissues and hand sanitizer will be used to protect students.
