These materials will be used in the classroom during centers. The Lego set will allow students to build and then use their imagination for storytelling. The build-it with magnets will allow students to build, but also experience some science when they figure out how magnets work (positive and negative poles). The play-dough will be used with the Handwriting Without Tears program. They use the dough to form letters. And of course there is the building block set with 100 blocks in different shapes to help students build and be creative.
