These books will be used as a classroom music library resource for students to use in finding audition materials, pieces for concerts/showcases, and for personal vocal improvement. All students will have access to these anthologies as they prepare for upcoming performances and auditions. COVID-19 placed many restrictions on performances and practices and the students have been so resilient! These anthologies will expand the musical theater section of our music library and will also be available to the drama/theater department as well as any students who wish to benefit from them-not just those involved in music. Music has been very beneficial in helping students cope with the changes that COVID has brought and this will only help strengthen that by increasing our resources.
