Students who are struggling in reading and writing, especially students with disabilities, can use the headphones to make audio recordings for journaling, to explain their thinking during math, and to learn to write from beginning to advanced projects. The headphones will allow students access to assistive technology to learn to read and write using the microphone and online writing programs. The headphones will help my students after the impacts of coronavirus because students can verbally explain their thinking. By doing this I can have a better understanding of how to help my students with disabilities. The headphones are durable, have high audio quality that will also be a benefit for students with learning disabilities. The iPad gives students with disabilities more access to apps that do not work on other classroom devices that help them develop the fine motor skill needed for writing. Because of the impact of coronavirus, students' use of technology has increased. Students with disabilities will have greater access to programs for reading on apps for the iPad that will increase fluency and accuracy.
