I've just started an aerobics class with grades 6th - 8th. Many of my students do not have access to a gym or any other type of fitness facility due to Covid or economic issues. These would be a great opportunity for those students that are not able to leave their houses right now to learn another way that they can stay physically fit during this time and in their future. For many of my students, my class is the only time that they move and our active in their daily life. If this helps just one student find an activity that he/she loves, it will be a success.

About my class
