These materials will be used to help students at multiple grade levels that are struggling and need mathematics intervention. Research has shown that when students can concretely build and visualize mathematical ideas, they create a better understanding of numbers. Our students want to better understand math, and hands-on manipulatives are the best way to do this. Help us build our library of manipulatives and math games to strengthen student understanding and bring joy to mathematics! When students understand better, not only do they perform better in class, but they are more confident and willing to take risks and try new, sometimes "scary" math problems!

About my class
