The resources I requested will help stimulate students to grow in their social skills as they work together to learn important literacy skills and discover new things through the world of STEM. Kindergarten plays a crucial role in laying the foundation for the rest of a student's educational journey, especially in literacy development. With the LETRS training we are receiving this year, these materials will allow me to create centers where students can practice important skills that will help them be successful readers. STEM also creates a unique opportunity for students to understand the world around them, as well as to collaborate with others to reach a common goal. The STEM materials I requested will help students solve problems and stimulate their brains to think deeply.
