The materials chosen will help build family connections and encourage family involvement. We want to remind our students and our families that not all classrooms have four walls.There is a continuity of learning both indoors and outdoors throughout our daily program. The Nature Explorer Outdoor Classroom is an extension of the indoor classroom where children spend a great portion of the day outside within nature. Children have access to climbing areas, loose part materials, sand area, water areas, building areas, nature art, and a mud play kitchen. All areas contribute to the development of the whole child.
