The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students will help one school of residential students learn through reading stories that will teach diversity and expand their experiences. My students are limited to a bus library and they need some variety in their reading materials. I also included introductory STEM materials to help teach them cooperative and team building learning while doing; hands-on. This experience will be good for my students who have limited experiences. The more experiences I can provide for these students will help them understand how this relates to what they want to develop into after school and into careers.
