Every Spring we struggle to get our girls comfortable with the workouts for our Heart and Sole team. Most of them don't have running clothes and are trying to do the workouts and runs in their school uniform, or in clothes that are not ideal for fitness. I believe that the items I am requesting will help our girls FEEL like runners and allow them to be more comfortable participating in the workouts. This will greatly impact their ability to get the maximum benefit from this amazing after school program as they work towards the ultimate goal of completing a 5K.

About my class
