Our football program gives student-athletes from all cultures, areas, and incomes an opportunity to enhance interscholastic sports competition, foster pursuit of academic excellence, support and encourage the achievement of individual and team championship performance. Our goal is to provide attractive opportunities and other improvements for students to lessen the effects of the economic disparity. My goal is to provide all students the ability to improve their social skills along with their physical and mental health. I plan to teach students how to use the requested equipment (Kbands Training Speed Reactive Stretch Cord - Adjustable Belt, Anchor Strap, Dual Resistance Cord, Overspeed Accelerator, Vertical FX) to learn appropriate exercises to increase their athletic performance. With your help, we can better provide an environment that encourages the achievement of academic and athletic excellence and be a source of pride for our community.

About my class
