My students are visual and kinesthetic learners. I intend to use the printer that I am asking for as a resource to print visual supports for learning at school and home. The printer will be used to further my lessons when my students are at home. Having a light table will allow me to have my students participate in different activities such as creating shadows, creating rainbows, painting, and using translucent manipulatives to practice and acquire multiple skills. Just imagine students using translucent colorful tiles (which they love) to create a variety of patterns during math. This would be educational and FUN! The light table will serve as a tool to enhance my lessons, help captivate and further engage my students throughout the year.
