These materials will allow students the opportunity to explore and apply their math knowledge and computer programming skills to complete tasks that simulate real world problem solving. Students will use these materials to connect their math calculations to the programming of an animate object and actually see their math at work! I am hoping that giving my students the opportunity to see their mathematical concepts come alive and complete a simple task will lead to a life long interest in mathematics and innovation. I am looking forward to the day when a student asks, "How will I ever use this?", and I can respond with "Let me show you!"
