The students at MPACT have an opportunity to be proactive instead of reactive to the demands of today’s workforce. Students will participate in a 12-module training on workforce employability skills to prepare them for successful employment. Students earn “play” money as compensation for active participation while going through the training just like they would receive a paycheck from an employer. Once the students receive their compensation, they will be able to purchase items from training store the all while learning to budget their finances. These students will have a greater advantage as they matriculate into the workforce and beyond with this experience.
