Chromebooks are an essential tool for my students to be able to access practice/assessment programs as well as research to complete our various Project Based Learning opportunities. For example, students research and calculate the cost of feeding their extended family a delicious holiday meal of their choosing, including the exact cost of all the necessary ingredients. Students search for recipes, then go to their favorite grocery store online to find pricing. Not only are they learning the math and how they will use it in the future, they are learning life skills. Chromebooks for each student makes this possible.
