Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based three-tiered framework to improve and integrate all of the data, systems, and practices affecting student outcomes every day. PBIS creates a culture where all students succeed. Our school's core values are PAWS---positive attitude, accepting responsibility, working hard and showing respect. When students demonstrate expected behavior they earn PBIS Cub CASH and then they can use the points to buy incentives from the PBIS store for implementing those good behaviors. This project will be used to implement a rewards system for the students who are modeling those core values.
