We will use these donations to help purchase materials for our classroom to cultivate a more equitable and positive learning environment. With this money, we hope to purchase flexible seats for our tables. This will allow students the power of choice when deciding where to sit in the classroom. It allows students to take charge of their own learning. By donating to this project, you will not only help students find choices but also help them succeed academically. Also, we hope to purchase new art materials and fidget toys for our classroom. Many students show their knowledge through artwork. Your donation would mean so much to help students express themselves through art. As anxiety rises in the classroom, many students find fidgets helpful to relax and center their focus during lessons. Our classroom is in need of a speaker. Many students express how they can not hear educational videos. Through your donation, you will help provide this amazing class with a new speaker. As we move through new units we are exploring rocks and music. Please help my second and third graders become archeologists and musicians. Through your donation, I will be able to provide my students with resources to create engaging and fun lessons. We currently do not have a music program, so these instruments will allow students to sing, dance, and play new wooden instruments. Lastly, we hope to expand our classroom library. These books will not only offer a wide variety of texts but will also allow me to pick books based upon level. I truly appreciate your consideration in donating to our classroom for flexible seating, art supplies, and new books! When you invest in our kiddos, you invest in the future!
