My students learn best when they are given the chance to talk their ideas out through group activities and collaboration. The use of whiteboard allows my students to discuss and write their thought process out while providing every member of the group the opportunity to critic and revise to come up with the solution to the problem they are given. With whiteboards, students have the avenue to practice a skill set, and in my part as a teacher, I can easily see how my students are doing and can easily provide feedback. Your funding for this project will help foster, not just classroom collaboration, but also students' abilities to work with peers and teams. This will help them practice and improve their social skills, and even managerial skills as each member of the group has a role to play.
