Our students will put each of these items to very frequent use as they learn about basic nutrition and how to cook well-balanced, healthy, delicious meals. These students are working toward earning a Food Handlers' permit, and this equipment will help them develop and hone their skills. Please support them as they master skills in preparing complex carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats recipes. Students will create such meals as steak street tacos, crepes & orange julius, and fettuccini alfredo with noodles made from scratch! This exciting class helps students provide for themselves, their families, and develop employability skills for their future!
