Currently has a first-year teacher these books will help me teach my young students about staying healthy during this difficult time that we are all going through. These books provide the steps for my students to learn how to wash their hands and what we can do in the classroom to stay safe. My students are young so many of them do not understand the precautions that we need to take to stay healthy in the classroom and with the help of this books and the vivid illustrations it will help my students understand and develop healthy habits. Since it is my first year as a teacher, I currently do not have any books that touch based on this topic. So, it will be very beneficial for my students to learn about these healthy habits. Flexible seating is important for my students during large group meeting some students need a choice of seating to stay focus and learn. I want to make sure that my students feel comfortable as a result this will help them make good choices and stay engaged during our morning meeting. I am also requesting a printer because I need it to print out high quality photos and much more to create my story documentation panel. In the Reggio Emilia approach documentation is another principle that is embrace as a teacher, I see myself as learners and researchers so that I can be in a space of process and active learning. When children are exploring in the classroom, I carry around a clip board, and write down conversations so that I have a living document that shows I am a learner.
