This project helps our students fall asleep during naptime and feel safe to do so. Some parents cannot afford blankets, so we get extra so every child can have a blanket during nap time. During naptime, every child gets a cot, a cot sheet, and a blanket. Some of our kids lately have not been able to fall asleep, so I am trying to get weighted blankets so they can fall asleep. We come from a low-income city and some of the students struggle with their basic needs. So if I can get them a good sleep during naptime that would make their lives better.
