This will be used in one of four kitchens that currently does not have a standing mixer. I am teaching Family and Consumer Sciences and I want all of my students to have an equal opportunity to cook and bake with the same opportunities. This item will stay in the kitchen laboratory, but it gives students a chance to try out a future career in baking with professional equipment. I am giving students skills in which they can work towards solving any food insecurity that is common in our school.

About my class
