I have selected headphones for my students with ADHD to help them focus on their assignments when they're working independently. This prevents them from being distracted by their friends or anything else that is going on around them. That they will not struggle so much to focus will make a huge difference in their learning. Together, we have discovered that having their ears completely covered helps them to stay focused while they're working on their lessons, yet the headphones are not so blocking that they cannot hear when/if they are called upon for a response.

About my class
