As a new teacher, you want to provide everything overnight for your students. These materials will make a difference by helping my students with responsibility, help display important information using sentence strips, and have their own cubby space for their hard work. I am currently using a hand me down pocket chart that I have to hang from my board because I do not have a stand. Although this works, it is old and is holding on by a thread (literally). The cubbies I currently have do not hold enough room for all of my students. With the cubbies on my list, there is room for extra spaces for student who are added late throughout the school year and even extra papers for students to access! Students will not be using these items for at home learning.
