Motor development and establishing a healthy lifestyle is a major task for all youth, and these tools and supplies will help close the fitness gap that has hindered many students during these vital times. Inspiring and motivating students is a vital goal as a teacher. Developing a curriculum with a wide variety of knowledge and skills is extremely important for the climate and culture of the physical education class. Providing a structure with itemized lessons that include basketball, soccer, football, badminton and student-lead activities will improve the overall performance and learning capabilities of all students in the physical education class. Each student is unique, and modifying and adapting their learning enviornment and lesson is key to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
