In our fun classroom, my students and I are all about making everyone feel comfortable, welcomed and like they have some input in their learning journey. We spend a great deal of our time working in groups and completing hands-on activities that increase second grade skills. The puzzles, play dough and games will allow my students the much needed practice of working together as a team. As second graders, students need opportunities to practice working in teams to help build relationships which in turn makes the classroom environment inviting and safe.
